Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of quote. Rentals are all paid in Advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining amount owing is due 2 days before the rental date

 

Unless otherwise requested, tents are secured at each leg with two 36" stakes into the ground. The customer is responsible for ensuring there is nothing below ground surface that will be damaged by the stakes. We are not liable for any damage caused by the stakes.

 

I agree to immediately notify Oasis Rentals of any leased equipment which develops any indication of defect or improper working condition. Acts of Mother Nature will not be eligible for refund.

 

We recommend all customers acquire Event Insurance to protect themselves from order interruptions outside of our control. The undersigned, (hereinafter referred to as the “Renter”) hereby assumes all responsibility for any and all damages or loss to said equipment and agrees to pay the full cost of all repairs required whether this occurred through accident, neglect or misuse. In case of loss or destruction of equipment or loss of possession thereof, or inability to return same to Oasis Rentals Ltd., the Renter agrees to pay Oasis Rentals the complete and full value of the equipment ON DEMAND. The Renter hereby absolves Oasis Rentals Ltd. of any responsibility or obligation in the event of an accident regardless of causes or consequences, and that any cost, claims, court or attorney’s fees, or liability resulting from the use of described equipment will be indemnified by the Renter regardless against whom the claimants institute action. The Renter further agrees that all charges for the rental will be paid in advance and that any and all collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any expense incurred in the collection of rental charges will be borne by the Renter. By paying the deposit and/or signing, you agree to the full terms and conditions of Oasis Rentals Ltd., which will be emailed in a separate rental contract.
