A legal disclaimer

DELIVERY, SETUP & REMOVAL
-
Oasis Rentals Ltd. will provide the setup of our Stretch tent on the first day of the rental period.
-
Oasis Rentals Ltd. will provide take down on the last day of the rental period (Help will be greatly appreciated)
-
Unless otherwise requested, tents are secured at each leg with two stakes, 36” into the ground
-
The customer is responsible for ensuring there is nothing below ground surface that will be damaged
-
Client agrees to provide clear access to the site for delivery and removal. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional fees.

PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit of 50% is due upon signing this Agreement.
-
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
-
Payments may be made by e-transfer and cash
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES
-
Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
-
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the total rental fee.
-
Date changes are subject to availability and approval by the Company.
DAMAGE, LOSS & RESPONSIBILITY
Client assumes full responsibility for the Rental Items from the time of delivery until pickup.
Client agrees to pay for:

Damage beyond normal wear and tear
-
Lost or stolen items
-
Cleaning required beyond normal use
Replacement costs will be charged at full replacement value.
USE OF RENTAL ITEMS
Rental Items shall not be:
-
Sub-rented
-
Moved from the agreed location without written approval
-
Used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
Open flames, sparklers, fireworks, adhesives, or alterations to Rental Items are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing.

WEATHER & SITE CONDITIONS
Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable site, including level ground and sufficient clearance.
Oasis Rentals Ltd. is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to weather, acts of God, or conditions beyond its control. Weather-related cancellations are not grounds for refund.
PERMITS & INSURANCE
Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits, permissions, or insurance required by the venue or local authorities.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or labor disruptions.
